PharmCare also proudly developed Drug Icon CC, a Creative Commons initiative funded by the SIE Fund for social inclusion. This medication pictogram system simplifies and educates on proper medication usage, fostering greater understanding and adherence.
Our commitment to data security is unwavering. Operating on a HIPAA-compliant cloud platform, we conduct annual Security Risk Assessments (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) to meet the stringent standards of the eHealth Record (eHR) office.

- Current Challenges: Limited professional pharmacy services, drug wastage due to large HA drug quantities, and RCH issues with drug management.
- Service Models:
- CPP (Community): Provides drug refills, dispensing in batches, and medication counseling for HA patients and primary healthcare program participants.
- CPP (RCH): Offers drug dispensing, reconciliation, packaging, and IT-based drug management for residential care homes.
- Professional Services: Includes drug consultation, reconciliation, safety information, smoking cessation counseling, health education, and RCH staff training.
- Drug Supply: Sourced from HA suppliers; co-payment fees align with HA charges or CDF mechanism.
